The FaceTime app icon shows a persistent notification badge (red bubble with “1”), but I’m absolutely sure there are no unread calls, missed calls, or messages. My phone has been stuck with the annoying facetime ring the last 30 minutes. It wont close, cant turn off my phone, and it doesnt think its on a call so rings while on call. Missing FaceTime option on some contacts! I have an iPhone 13 Pro and on a couple of my contacts the FaceTime option won't highlight or work! I've used it plenty of times before as it's the contact for my grandchildren!
