It does go to blue screen, then blue English screen,- updating software 💯 turns off. Comes back to blue Roku Tv screen and repeats. Did the factory reset. Re: My Onn TV won't stay connected to wifi even though I have a excellent internet connection My recommendation is what others have suggested as well, a full factory reset.
