The real problem is the app, to update te firmware you need to install the tello app v1.1.1 (you can find it online) and a charge battery. Without the battery press and hold the power buttom and conect the charger, keep holdin the power buttom and insert the battery, when the green led turn off release the power buttom. any one know hard reset procedure had password set forgot tried to reset comes up as just Tello in wifi setting still asking for password used to be something like when first got Tello_**** android system cant restore no video wont connect Thanks.

I had not flown my Tello for several months and when I tried yesterday. It would not establish a Wi-Fi connection. I held the button on the side of the Tello to reset it and it still would not connect to wirelessly. In my iPhone wireless settings, it will show the message “Unsecured network”...
